We camped here labor day weekend. This campground has everything!!! The kids did not know what to do first, the pools were very clean as was the beach. This campground can be very busy at times. The CG is centrally located within a short drive to every kind of food a person could want. The only problem we would be concerned with is the drunk teenagers on the golf cart parade. It starts at 6 pm and goes to 11:00pm. Loud music and fast golf carts driven crazy!! Security does shut it down at 10:59pm on the dot. We give it a 9.

They have a very nice pool and lazy river. 99% of the sites are grass. So if it rains, there will be mud and sand. The sites are very nice size and all of them have a wooden shelter. The staff was very friendly and professional. The campground is very close to all the restaurants. I recommend Murrells Inlet for dinner and Suck, Bang, Blowe Bar for some action. I give this campground only a seven because of all the Steeler Fans there.

This is a wonderful park, if you want to relax. This is the campground that your father liked with surf fishing, beach swimming, bike riding and wildlife. Did I mention bugs? Bugs bugs bugs: bring bug spray. There are wild deer that eat out of your hand. My five-year-old wanted to take them home. The campground roads were very tight for our 38 ft. motorhome. There are some huge sites and very small sites: the best site is #37. You can buy fresh shrimp off the boat .5 miles away. Nothing to do but enjoy nature!!!!!

This is a excellent campground close to Myrtle Beach. No crowd or late night teenagers driving golf carts here. Very quaint and reasonable. Bring bug spray and a beach towel and enjoy the nature. This is the campground your father would like.
